Your bog-standard harvester. Unfortunately I have had repeat bad visits and over 10 years. Managers seem to change a lot. Had to complain about quality of service before as waitresses were sharing a bowl of chips on the restaurant floor whilst we and everyone else was around half an hour behind on service. Also the WiFi is atrocious and never works properly. Staff seem to have improved in the last 6 months.

We often visit The Talbot and always find the staff are happy to be there. Great food and a good vibe.

Friendly atmosphere. Nice food. Good place to take the family.

No problem with the food but the building is in much need of redocoration the whole property looks tired. Also repairs to salad bar were undertaken whilst food was still ii n place.
