Whenever I visited I always had a friendly welcome and positive service. The staff appeared to know what they were talking about. The last time I visited the staff member had a photo of herself on display, which showed she was a fitness model. She looked stunning. But back to the store. Fair enough I've been into bigger supplement shops. This had just what I wanted within easy reach and access to my smallish frame. If you want a simple supplement place then this is perfect for you.

I submitted an order for a little over £200 on Sunday evening, received an email early Monday morning advising that my order had been sent.  Later on Monday I received another email advising me that my returns requested had been accepted......before I had received the order!!  So I replied to the email asking what’s going on and was informed (after being advised that the order had already shipped) that my order had failed security checks (due to it being a large order - £200) and had been cancelled.  Nothing I said would change that cancellation and the advice was to submit another smaller one - no chance, I went elsewhere and submitted the same order (cheaper).  Bunch of idiots!!
