Staff are very helpful and so friendly,  the rooms in the hotel are just right and you couldn't ask for a better location. I was able to see the kitchens when I was there and must say they were spotless. I would really recommend The Star as a pub, restaurant and hotel. Also there is plenty of off road, secure parking.

Good food (the sausages are a must try!) and friendly service from the front of house staff. Well worth a visit.

Delicious food and the waitress and chef took my food intolerances and allergies seriously. 
The wine was expensive however.
