Stopped using Bosporus over a year ago due to missing food, kebabs with no pita bread, double the wait time quoted and generally rubbish food. A year later thought we would give them a second chance. Same again! Missing food told 25mins and took over a hour and food was a shower of s**t Do yourself a favour and go flames Accross the road!

Kebabs good and burgers good but pizzas just not up to the standard of dominos or Pizza Hut, also I find the prices of cheesy chips expensive compared to normal chips

This place can't get an order right and after so many chances we have now given up on them. They have got it wrong so many times over the years but tonight the guy on the phone was rude. Asked us why we sent the order back when they had only sent half of it. What was we supposed to do, one of us eat whilst the other one watched and then the other one ate 45 minutes later. At least there are two other places that deliver in Dunmow now so they won't be missed. It's such a shame as about 3-4 years ago they were brilliant but it's gone downhill with their delivery and the chips are always soggy.

Just had the worst kebab I've ever had. Bits of bone in doner meat and chicken shish was obviously re heated as it was a weird rubbery texture and really browned even though it took 5 mins. Can't believe it just cost me £8:20 and then just chuck it in bin. Disgusting, won't be going back
