Rhubarb is a warm family welcoming restaurant where we cater for everyone. Generous portions and home cooked food. We do the best and the biggest breakfast in town so if you're hungry come and try it. 120 capacity restaurant & garden available to all ages and fully licensed. Relax with the kids - we have a selection of games for them to play with to keep them occupied. Available for Private Hire.

Busy Sunday morning with lots of people, but our arrival with a pram, four adults and two children was no problem. A helpful lady found us a table and we settled the kids down with an armful of distractions from the kids toy and activity bookcase. Service was friendly and helpful. Our coffees, teas and cakes were brought to the table quickly and we're very good. My scone was home baked and came with lots of clotted cream. The outside area was not in use die to constant drizzle, but it looked very smart. Must go back soon to try the delicious looking breakfasts and garden seating area.

Hidden gem rear garden. All day breakfast. Good coffee. Friendly staff. Update: Returned on 15th April 2018. Still a nice place to while away a morning. Coffee really very good.

Lovely food, just the right amount, and the staff are very pleasant. Would have given 5 stars but for the wait for the food to arrive.

Nice place and coffee, a little bit difficult to get in and out for the older people or people not quite so steady on their feet. As there are big steps in to the building and the loo's.
