Great local pub. Good atmosphere and freindly staff. We enjoyed a meal in the beer garden which has a few steps down to the river. Good choice of food, arrived promptly and tasted nice.
Lush pub, lovely people, and great service, location was awesome. Only slight issue was food arrived in takeaway tubs rather than plates and choices were limited. Otherwise lovely place and well worth a visit.
We waited over an hour for food, even though no warning was given at time of ordering that there was a long wait. Especially frustrating as we were ordering a meal for a two year old.nnFood that arrived was very average, expected better when paying £18 for Fish & Chips.nnStaff seemed very inexperienced and not equipped for a very busy pub.

Called in yesterday and enjoyed a lovely pint of Scrumpy Cider the barman was very friendly and the place itself full of character. I sat outside in the beach beer garden.nI recommend a visit
