The building itself is crumbling and dirty. Honestly, approaching it along that long path from St James Street makes your heart sink. It clearly needs to be demolished and rebuilt. Staff are rude and unhelpful. The 'nurse' taking my blood yelled at me in a very unprofessional manner as I took my coat off, claiming that I almost hit and injured another patient who was, in fact, about three yards away on the other side of the room. The interior of the building is in general dingy and rather dirty. You get the feeling you're liable to catch something worse in there rather than be cured of the ailment you came in for. If it had been possible I would have given this location no stars.

I was booked in for a blood test today and I spoke to a vile Asian receptionist who told me to go speak to someone at the end of the room. There was nobody there so I went back to double check and she said she doesn’t know how it works and that the people that take blood ‘just use their building’ (like she’s better than them). Her attitude was disgusting and she is clearly not trained very well. She made me feel like an inch tall especially as she was speaking to me like dirt in front of quite a few people. If you have a blood test there, there is a touch screen computer where you input your details yourself. Just some info for anyone that needs it because she won’t bloody tell you!

DO NOT EVEN THINK OF GOING TO THIS PRACTICE! The staff have a real attitude problem and are sooo unhelpful. They have a call at 8am for an same day appointment policy which is basically not useful for those who need to make arrangements at work, home etc. If you care about your health go somewhere else!

Chaotic system to register attendance/book an appointment results in large queues for blood tests even if you have a timed appointment. Not told how to get results and phone system not working properly when called so still without results some weeks later

This GP is ridiculous. Different stuff is saying different things, it seems like nobody knows what they are doing. A simple thing like dropping off a urine sample takes 4 days, which I still haven't manage to done because things that are needed keep missing and they keep miss informing me. Registration was quick, but if you can try avoiding registering here.
