It is absolutely not possible to book GP appointment. When I try to call after 30 min stay on the line - line turning off. From 2 days I try book appointment for my brother. He is with 1 week time with very bad cough infection.

I really wish I had taken the time to peek at the reviews of the Firs before signing up to the practice. I have never had an appointment there without fighting tooth and nail with utterly rude reception staff to get my foot in the door. On more than one occasion I have had to ring up several mornings in a row to be seen. All but two of the thirty reviews below mine tell the same story. When will the management stand fast and fix the terrible customer service and archaic booking system? Or perhaps the management are the problem?

Absolutely shocking, please avoid. Staff are unpleasant and ignore the phone. I am disgusted with this service.

I’ve been with this place since it opened as it’s on my doorstep, they started off really great as of now days it would be best if the knock the place down and rebuild houses as it would be more of a benefit for people in need,most of the reception team speak to you as if your scum there are never no doctors to see you which I think is very weird
