I have been trying to book an appointment since last week, but nobody has answered the phone. I had the same issues in the past... maybe it is time to change GP!

Yesterday my wife tried making appointment, 50 phone calls and no one answer. When someone picked up the phone, they disconnect her.

The receptionists kept chatting each other while I tried to ask something to one of them. So rude. Never pick up phone calls.

staff never picks up the phone, the lines are either always busy or they just don't pick up... don't bother with this GP !!

You try calling them and they never seem to pick up. Was on the phone for 30+ minutes before I gave up. Useless Surgery, can't be bothered picking up the phone!
