No issues with the reception staff on my end, always helpful and polite. If you're not seeing a junior doctor, don't even bother going in. The permanent doctors are not only rude but incompetent, one of them told me an illness that runs in my family must be newly discovered, when treatment against it was brought out in the 70s. They have consistently been rude, misinformed and entirely unpleasant. Avoid if you can.

So far, so good. Fast and useful doctors. First one was better than second visit, but both times I got what I needed. Polite reception staff, a little wait but they apologised. Easy to get an appointment.

Very unfortunate to register in this surgery. Was diabetic but diagnosed and given the medicatioan after 1 year. always hard to get appointment. Specially Dr Pushparajah is not helpfull and treat her patients that they are there to waste her time, this surgery is creating a very very bad image for NHS but when i moved my surgery, i realized that NHS is not bad at all. Good doctors and good people are there to worry about for you.

The reception team is very helpful and kind, what i wouldnt say about doctors. Dr Rita Vasantha Pushparajah instead of referring me to a proper doctor, she always gives me medicines which do not work.She doesnt even look interested to find whats the reason and even wouldnt listen of what i try to explain. And everytime entering her office i have a feeling like her task is not to help me, but to get rid of me as soon as she cans.

Incredibly rude and condescending woman on reception with blonde hair. Made every trip as difficult as it could possibly be.
