This hotel at present appears more like a hostel than hotel. I could give a harsh review if i was being visually honest BUT at present (march 2018) patrons need to be aware that the hotel is run by a one man band. He is barman. Cleaner. Chamber man. Manager. Pot and bottle cleaner. He has only recently been given the mammoth task of making it a success with very little help. BUT. what this place lacks in style and homely touches is amply compensated with an eagerness to help and be accommodating. I arrived on the wrong day. It was no problem. The very pleasant manager not only found me a room, he even adjusted the price for a mistake that was entirely mine. I had brand new bedding. The room was small but totally sufficient for my use. The faint smell of bleach hung in the air. The bed so comfy that i actually overslept and missed the last breakfast sitting (9.30). The down side was that the hotel was in need of a good vacuum and decorative touches. On waking up i was unable to find staff to hand key to so i held on to it till later in the day when the pub side of it had opened. I did suggest a key safety box be provided for such a time. This is when i found that the manager had been up stairs cleaning used rooms. I am hoping to book here agaun this week whilst i visit family. If you're expecting a 5* Savoy type experience then you'll be dissappointed. But if you just need a basic but comfortable bed for a night or two then give the man a chance.

This hotel is a set of rooms above a very noisy pub. The rooms were not bad as long as you don't want to sleep before midnight. The music coming from downstairs was very, very loud until that time. It wasn't cheap either. The manager was not available the next day to discuss the issue and failed to call back.

Honteux on appel ca un hotel ??? Pas de réception ni les portes ni les fenetres ne ce ferme un vraie courent d aire preparez vous a passer voir le medecin et on peu rien laisser dans la chambre pas de verou J ai attendu 2 heures devant la porte apres avoir reserver sur internet pour avoir les clefs de ma chambre Les chambres ne sont pas faite J appel ca un squat un trou a rat cela seras un peu plus realiste
