Slug and Lettuce has come to Cardiff. A beautiful bar located in The Friary Centre, perfect for celebrating a range of occasions.

Whether it’s joining us for your morning coffee, breakfast, lunch or dinner we can cater for all your needs. Our offers and promotions every day are for you to take advantage of.

From 50% off food every Monday, Wine down Wednesday - your favourite bottles of wine for £11.45 every Wednesday(wine not!) to 2-4-1 cocktails All day every day, Fizz Fridays and Kids eat for a £1 on Sundays.

Would highly recommend this place. The measures in place for social distancing are excellent.  Staff are highly efficent and ensure your safety. Food was excellent fish & chips was the best i have had for a long time

A varied selection of cocktails & drinks, no hospitality or customer service. Decent place for music, foods & convenience though

Fantastic food, great space and location but not for anyone on a cheap budget, especially drinks.

Not very clean. And we were a party of 4. Later evening we all had bard stomachs. My bacon was not cooked properly.  My auntie fish was still quite raw under batter. No tables were frequently sanitised. dispointing.

Staff really nice, well managed COVID mitigation.  Food really nice.  Side portions larger than expected good value.

Cocktails served as pictured half full. They serve a full portion in other branches so would not return to this slug and lettuce. EDIT: have tried calling the number below three times and left a message but have had no reply a week on.

Outstanding service, super safe in these uncertain times, lots of rules to keep us safe but explained clearly when we arrived for our booking, super time!

Reasonably priced drinks and food. The food was pretty damn good too, surprised me. Staff are attentive and the cocktails spot on too.
