Looks can be deceiving... This place looks quite basic and is quite small, but don't let that fool you. If you're in Whitby and you want breakfast then this is absolutely the place to be. Service is great. The food is excellent both in quality and quantity. It's also very good value. Just make sure you have cash. Cards will not work here. It's open from 5.30am and i don't know of a better breakfast place in England. I cannot recommend The Singing Kettle enough. Fantastic!
Fantastic place for a breakfast. You get a huge English breakfast and Tea/Coffee for £6. Amazing value for money. It's a bit like a builders cafe but it's very clean and the food is very well cooked and of good quality. Throughly recommend this place if your guest house is room only. Located in Angel Yard opposite the Endeavor ,the ally to the right of Trenchers fish restaurant. Have a look and have a breakfast and I promise you won't go anywhere else.
Never fails to deliver - fantastic belly busting portions of proper English breakfast food. Top atmosphere and lovely staff. Cuppa tea completes the experience. Insanely cheap for the volume of food and location!
If your looking for a fantastic full English cooked breakfast to start your day of well then this is the place for you. Obviously they do pretty much everything else food wise, but i can honestly say its one of the best cooked breakfasts i have had for a while. Its a small cafe with some seating inside and they do a takeaway service for people on the move, the staff are loverly and the prices are brilliant. So altogether a nice place to visit and great food at great value xxx
Fabulous full English breakfast! No frills, very traditional setup, and great atmosphere. Freshly cooked, served piping hot with a proper builders brew too!
If you want a no-nonsense, good quality, low price Full English Breakfast in Whitby, this is the place to go. It was recommended by a local after I'd complained about my smashed avo at another establishment. Safe to say, I didn't get smashed avo here but who would want it when the Full English is this good?
My husband loves a Full English and he loves value for money typical Yorkshire man!!! And we have had many good breakfasts but he said this is the best yet and the cheapest but still very good quality, nicely cooked and presented. I recommend the breakfast sandwiches
The best breakfast in Whitby, great to Pop in and get your breakfast bun to take out! Always come back for breakfast when I'm on holiday, only shame is I live 150 miles away so it's a rare treat! Will have to move Food: 5/5
Had to wait ten minutes for a table but was more than worth it. Great value big breakfast that was really tasty, and service was very fast and friendly. Overall a great cafe and well worth a visit.
The best breakfast we have ever .from what walk of life you come from the staff the service and the food is totally amazing. The older guy over 50 no mallace intended interacted with our 8 year old daughter and had her laughing in seconds. Our 1st time to whitby but back soon .and back for breakfast thanks guys 5 starsFood: 5/5
