We are always hearing how the council has an idea on how to increase visitors to our town, sorry City! The first step would be to stop charging so much for people to park in the biggest and nearest car park to the Seafront. The prices people have to pay to park here are almost criminal!
This area is a joke well expensive Canvey you pay 30 p basildon 1 southend a joke I pay for disability badge parking permit and books for people to visit totaling nearly 100 a year just because I live on a permitted street ,which I can never park on anyway one big money grabbing joke
Lots of spaces available, pretty expensive. Good access to the seafront if you go through one of the arcades nearby. Has public toilets next to it but they're not very nice.
Unbelievably expensive, £10 for 4 hours!! No wonder it is always quiet now, 2 stars as it was relatively easy to park and pay on the app
Large car park very close to the beach and all the arcades and shops. However it isn't cheap to park. But for location it can't be beaten.

Do not park here! They place restriction signs in places that cannot be seen then fine you for parking there! It is like parking on a clean road for the day, to find double yellow lines painted and a fine when you get back!
