This is a good casino. There is a reasonable selection of games and the price for alcohol is very good. We have eaten there before and the food was decent. Staff are friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed. The high ceilings make the experience feel a little less intense than some other casinos we have visited. The cash machines allow you to withdraw money without a handling fee which is often not the case in casinos. The toilets are modern and very clean. There are plenty of television screen if you want to watch some live sport and the entertainment is fun if a little lacking in quality. A few things which prevent a five star review. - they have removed the £1 minimum bet roulette tables since the pandemic - on our recent visit, lots of people sit around the roulette tables in big groups with only one person gambling - this make it difficult to access the table. Normally, the croupier will prevent this happening but this did not happen. - the cocktails are not freshly prepared
What an amazing Vegas like casino. Now I’m not one for casinos and always dread going to them as all I think people do is gamble and I don’t. I walked and and was greeted by a friendly security guard and suddenly remembered that I hadn’t ID. He told me not to worry and made my way to the reception. Reception was as friendly as the security and the issue of no ID was quickly resolved without making a fuss. I was there for an event, the food was incredible and the wine was flowing all at great prices with great service from the staff. I watched the show of the night and only expected it to be an hour long. Two hours later I was still cheering and clapping them. What an amazing evening and what an amazing experience. For someone who says casinos is not his thing I’ll definitely be going back for my Vegas like experience. Thank you to everyone who made this special

What a setting, they host entertainment shows a real nice place to get out and enjoy yourself. This is one of the nicest casinos I have seen. Its got a great vibe and really does have a inviting feel to it. I definitely will visit again when I'm in the area.
The food was absolutely great, I have to say. The service was a bit slow, but there were a lot of people. Wonderful atmosphere there.

Its a casino, good friendly staff all trying to get through their shift. Some one will win but not many on this day. I did but but plenty of others lost. I always check the percentages. Very low in my opinion. Unfortunately the Grosvenor, the other casino, has dropped their percentages to similar. You choose where you want to lose. Perhaps you'll be lucky.
Nice Casino with great friendly staff. From the reception to the gaming... all staff are helpful and inviting. Always kept clean and tidy, lots of gaming options, and a good restaurant. Will continue to revisit time after time.
A few of us popped in for a drink after visiting the Cliffs Pavillon. Pro’s: - staff were super helpful - short wait for the bar and sensible prices - even though the restaurant was closed the bar food Thai curries was excellent Con’s - the room by the entrance has the lowest cost machines to play on and was pretty solidly full throughout our visit, it’s also super hot in there - Blackjack minimum table bets £10 - one of the gang wanted to play slots but on this visit they were all solidly in use or “reserved” for the whole time we were on site. - you need a PhD to navigate the membership scheme staff are very willing to help but it’s a faff with a clunky glitchy app, some in venue terminals and if you’re never coming back just skip it
