Bus on time. Driver that approachable and polite. Interior clean. Drive was comfortable, not thrown around.

Pretty average service really, buses on my route (the 7) are better now than they were 2 years ago but there are still some fairly old vehicles making appearances. I'd rate them more if they bought a fleet of brand new buses for services 7 and 8 like they have done for the 1 and 9.

It's OK. But something that might be hilarious, I went on the 9 up the Esplanade in Southend but on return, I put my hand out when the bus was only about 2 meters close then the driver stopped sharply to let me on, and then he didn't speak but just moaned at made by making noises sounding like a toddler. He is so fat because that's what you get with Arriva, rich drivers because they want 20 burgers everyday. Luckily I have a bus pass.

brilliant the best bus company out of all of them around the Southend area personally I think a lot better than first bus

Anything to rip you off! Charged my daughter adult price, and she had her passport with her (A full UK passport is not an acceptable form of I.D.) and they blame the council for this??. Nothing has changed in 2 years since Andrew Blueman's comment. Zero Stars not 1.
