The train staff were amazing after I had a shocker- the cold guy in the pink trousers who got given the two coats from lost property would like to send a thank you - if you were the guy that got me the two coats please get in touch and send me your address. Absolute life safer.

Nice station with plenty of staff , shops and facilities. They made improvements to the station . 😀 Happy with this place

I'm giving 3 stars just for the station and the staff, apart of that, the trains are old and creaky even when they are not rolling. What I hate the most is the annoying message every 2 minutes about beeing fined and prosecuted. Totally annoying !

Well it’s a train station lol I imagine as we all would you go there to catch a train the station itself is fully wheelchair accessible and staff are always helpful now the bad bit if your wheelchair bound you have to book 48 hours in advance with both your departure station and arrival stations so they can have a member of staff and a ramp ready and you have to do the same with which train you will be on for the way back it’s impossible to be spontaneous which is a real shame
