I love Chinese food usually but this wasn’t that great. I had chips, chicken fried rice and curry sauce. Easiest dish to get right but it was just greasy and quite bland. Also only accepted cash which was quite inconvenient. The curry sauce isn’t your typical Chinese curry sauce, it’s a lot brighter and more like a fruity chip shop curry sauce. Overall not the worst food but for the price it wasn’t great
Went in yesterday evening to be greeted by the most rude lad ever in there. No please or thank you when asking for my money and giving me my sub standard food. Dumped my food on the counter without a word and walked off.. It's gone way downhill since he started. It been our goto Chinese for 20+ years, but that's the last time...
Went here for my dinner this evening. Was greeted when I went in and placed my order for my food the woman was quite abrupt when I was ordering to find out they don’t accept card !!! I agreed to do a bank transfer which I tried to do for 5 minutes but the information was incorrect that they gave me ! She then rudely said to me to order online which again I agreed to. Their website was AWFUL to order off but I still continued. When i eventually managed to place my order i sat down and straight away the same woman came out to me and shouted asking if I had payed yet so I replied saying yes as I had. She then proceeded to shout at me saying I had not paid for my food ! I then presented the notification I got from my bank saying I had paid and she still continued to accuse me of not paying !! At this point I told them to either give me my money back or give me my food as I was horrified that I was being accused of not paying even though I had presented them with proof. Then a man came out and assessed the situation and eventually agreed with me that I had in fact paid and the order online had come through !! The man was a lot nicer they then let me have my food which I have to say was lovely but their customer service is TERRIBLE. Safe to say I will never be returning to this place again which is a shame as there food was very good. Places should have card machines available to pay with or have a WORKING alternative !!!
Just point blank disappointed. I got the egg fried rice it tasted a few days old and the egg gave me a funny stomach, the spring rolls probably the only okay thing and sweet and sour chicken balls.. the sauce tasted chemical and the chicken was just down right in edible.. I will never be returning and I waisted £15!nnThe guy was also very rude to my partner when he collected the food so we were less than pleased.
Good quality food however the staff are not the friendliest
