I’ve been a regular at this place for about two years, so much so that some of the staff know my order and address off by heart. Usually the food is very nice, service is good, and they don’t forget any of my order. However, when I looked at the hygiene rating this week and saw that it was 1/5 stars, that really put me off. Hygiene is one of the most important aspects of running a restaurant and after seeing some of the reviews based on Mama’s hygiene, I’m afraid I won’t be ordering from them again. It’s a real shame as well because they’re one of the few takeaways left in Preston who really know how to make pizza. I’m gonna miss Mama’s and if they ever got their hygiene rating bumped up, I would definitely consider going back but until that happens, it’s a goodbye from me.

Food was cold last week .said discount ordered again , 2 hours later still not arrived they can't even run a bath never mind a business never again

Service leaves a lot to be desired. Very unhygienic shop, look at the ceiling and behind the counter. Staff nails, need attention, especially when preparing dough. Food wasn't anything to write home about. Below average, if anything. Visit the shop, and you'll understand my above mentioned points. If you want authentic Italian food, just a few doors away, try Dantés 01995 606674.

Been waiting nearly 4 hours for delivery every time a call it's always 20 minutes complete lies they tell you don't bother ordering the will waste your time and now left with out food and no where else to order complete ametuers I should of read other bad reviews before I ordered it seems everyone having the same problem if they told me hours ago I could if ordered else where but instead they string you along , it would only let leave a minimun of one star they don't even deserve that ordered from clevelymere lake house

The WORST takeaway I have ordered from got told would be originally 90 mins for delivery then get fobbed off for another 2 nd half hours kept getting told will be 20 mins after waiting 4hrs ended up cancelling our order I personally don't know how this business is still running why offer delivery service if they can't deliver
