singles, doubles, to family & twin to suit any party.

Story

Rooms are kitted out with Freeview TV’s, compliments trays, toiletry needs
& fresh towels. At the end of the day sink into a freshly made comfy bed for a
perfect night’s sleep. We are open all year round except Christmas.
We have special offers in quiet periods such as Three nights for the price of two
(not in single rooms). We can also provide discounts for room only stays & longer

The Sea Lynn - A Wonderful - Home from Home experience - Delightful, Spacious Rooms - and the Breakfast with Home Made Cereal and Preserves a must to start our day on - Thanks to our friendly, welcoming hosts Lesley & Rob.

We were visiting Morecambe for both work and to see friends, when we found the Guest House which is well positioned, with easy access to the Sea Front, Shops, and a number of nice places to eat including Atkins Fish n Chips (You have to try them). Bowling, Cinema, and amusement arcades are only a short walk away.

Our Room was fantastic, with a Sea View, very spacious, with Table & Chairs, with a comfortable Sofa to relax on whilst watching TV. The Guest House has fantastic Internet which was useful for work, but also great for watching Netflix and keeping in touch with others using Skype or Facetime. The speed and ease of use of the Wifi and that it was FREE - was great ! Compared to other Hotels we have stayed in the area it was not only useable, but it was fast, fast enough to stream movies - thanks for being different ! Nice to have fast reliable Internet !

The Hosts were really good, offering their help and guidance on where to eat near by, and local information. The Breakfast was fantastic, with a number of options, (fantastic Fried Bread and Eggs - thanks Rob) with Home Made Cereal, Jam and Marmalade that Paddington would be proud of ! Well done Lesley! We look forward tasting more of your home made food and drinks in the future.

This really was a home from home experience, without the washing up, cooking, or cleaning - at such a reasonable price! 

Sea Lynn make a significant difference to your quality of stay, it is in our opinion a difference that you shouldn't be without.

We look forward to returning to the Sea Lynn. Stuart & Ricki.
