Excellent service, staff were really helpful especially Margaret looking after our bikes. Rooms were clean and sufficient for what we needed. The food was lovely and good value. The Aspect bar on the front of hotel is a fantastic location for sitting chilling with a drink.
absolutely amazing hotel, came up with my girlfriend and her parents. Staff were really pleasant, room was really clean and organized. Breakfast was delicious. All of it was spot on, hope we will be back soon.
Stopped here a few days over Easter hols, location near town centre, parking across the road at £8 a day, check-in went smoothly, staff friendly, hotel is clean, but our room was very small. The only thing you have to be aware of, that they fail to mention, is that there is a £50 deposit on the room for damages a con Been back a week, still no refund from the hotel, messaged them asking where my money was, no reply from the hotel, this is a big money making scheme if they do this to 100s of guests, I won't be using the Best Western again.
We had an enjoyable weekend here. Our room was clean, the bed large and comfortable. The room itself wasn't the biggest but was fine for a weekend. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent and the view from the restaurant was amazing. Bar prices were typical of hotel prices so we went elsewhere. Other establishments locally were substantially cheaper. We would definitely stay again.
No photos to attach sorry, Reception staff very rude. Room very small and old fashioned. Shower very small, waste of money, I can't actually say anything good about the place. I went to reception complain about the service and room and unfortunately they wasn't bothered, just wanted the money for the stay. I didn't expect too much from a 3 stay hotel but isn't difficult to be polite
