Lovely freshly made food and great menu choices. Took our mums and kids for a family tea and there was something for everyone. Everyone enjoyed their food and the staff were cheerful and attentive ... the meat pie was amazing! Oh, and the views are fantastic too .....will definitely be back soon, thanks all at The Royalty👍

Absolutely loved our meal last night, stayed just up the road at Chevin lodge spa which was disappointing. The highlight of the evening was our meal here! Everything was cooked perfectly and the staff couldn’t do enough for you, very reasonable prices too! Highly recommend, we live 30-40 mile away and feel like we may return just to visit here!! Well done to all staff!

A delicious value for money meal. Home made food well cooked, very generous portions, timely service, excellent views. Ideal to call in and eat although they do have large groups due to its popularity with walkers in the area. We will definitely return and highly recommend.

Lovely setting. Great views. Big beer garden. Excellent burger but pesto pasta was a bit watery. Would definitely return.

We have just had the best ever homemade pie it melted in my mouth ! and homemade chips massive portion so fresh and you can tell it's actually homemade ! Lovely venue friendly staff. Very welcoming! Fantastic lunch . We will be back !!!!! Thanks for having us x
