Went on a Sunday at 5:30pm for dinner with the family. There was about 13 of us. The service was poor, the waitress messed up a few of our drinks and food orders and showed a lack of care and enthusiasm. I had the brie for starters which was good but not as warm as I expected it to be. I had the beef burger for mains which was good except for the mustard mayonnaise. There was too much of it and it was very strong. I think it would have been better with a burger relish. For desert I had the chocolate orange bomb. I did not like this very much at all. You couldn't taste the orange and the Belgian chocolate sauce that is poured over a white chocolate sphere was warm so it didn't melt the sphere like it was supposed to. I'm not pleased with my experience and wouldn't go back nor recommend to anyone.

Nice atmosphere. Didn't care much for the menu. The food was good but it was a dinner menu served during lunch. It had no proper pub style food apart from a burger and no quick light snacks like a simple sandwich. I had dinner booked for later that evening and wanted a simple quick bite but couldn't find anything.

Great restaurant and good for a pint after rugby at the local club. Hang there with friends. Great family atmosphere but later it becomes more of a pub. If you get lunch there that’s the wait is usually not to bad but expect to need a reservation at peak times.

TERRIBLE! Waited to be seated for 10 minutes, and was ignored for 20 minutes once seated. Bottomless brunch for a set price was a joke, bill was completely wrong....adding 2 bottles of wine and 12 bottles of prosecco to the bill. Even after complaining about the poor service and having 25% removed from the bill it still worked out more expensive then it should have been. Bottomless soft drinks worked out to one small cola as a refill was not brought to the table even after repeatedly asking. Food was mediocre. Lights kept being turned on and off so we sat in moments of darkness. After 30 minutes on haggling the bill was reduced to an amount fitting to the service and food. I would strongly recommend avoiding at all costs!

Good pub, good beer, very interesting decor. VERY busy as it's very popular, so takes a while to aquire drinks, but a good place to start your evening
