Dropped in for a late lunch and the food is spectacular. We had pork belly and the meat and wine pie. Presentation and flavour were top notch and would definitely have both again. The only aspect of the visit that let the experience down was hearing two members of staff argue with each other using foul language. Some interaction with us to checking if the meal was okay or if we needed anything else would of been good.
Went here for dinner as it was my brother's birthday. It was really good.  Great service, great menu, food cooked to perfection.  Very welcoming and helpful staff.Every time we come to Royal Saracens Head, it is a great experience overall.
Lovely atmosphere & great food, the linguini was amazing. Big thank you to Kayla for her patience with us moving tables twice. We will definitely return when we’re next in the area
No longer the place we will be going to for our Sunday lunch. It has become dreadfully expensive £££ which is enlarged by a whopping 12.5% service charge. Dark aspect in restaurant. Took 12 minutes to attract the waitress' attention to obtain the bill for the meal. Prices for beer not listed on the menu.nnRoast beef not up to standard, non-descript gravy, roast potatoes were a few boiled new potatoes lightly roasted. The side dish of boiled cabbage, onions and some peas was served in a ceramic bowl which had been steeped into the gravy on the main dish.nnDesserts were served cold. Is Creme Brulee really meant to be a cold dish? Didn't much care for my starter either. What purpose does it serve serving giant Yorkshire puddings? It's some modern things that doesn't really work. They just smother the plate.nnI summarise our experience with two stars **.
We came in Sunday evening to celebrate my 40th birthday we had a great time….. huge Thankyou to Holly who looked after myself and my friends she was so accommodating and welcoming
