I have to say this place is a bit of a hidden gem, its easily the best reasonably priced curry house in the city centre. Food is consistently good. I have used them many times for both takeaway and sit in meals. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for casual Indian dining in the city centre that won't break the bank.
The place is nice, and the food very good. However, when I was trying to order the food the place was just opening and the head waiter was changing his clothes in middle of the restaurant. Shortly after, I asked him for a beer, while he was in front of the table rubbing his balls literally. During the dinner, a costumer called to the restaurant and the same head waiter attended the phone and was shortlisting the food for them, making jokes and laughing from the costumer because he didn't pronounced good the name of the food. Summarizing, the food is very good however this guy makes this place uncomfortable to go back. Beware.
I got a takeaway from this place while staying in the Radisson Blu just opposite - for which it is very convenient. It is reasonable inside but the food was disappointing. The lamb was tough and sauce tasted bland and synthetic. I doubt they use fresh herbs and spices in their dishes or bother to taste the food while they are cooking it.
Good food. Good service. Curry seemed a little milder than at other restaurants, though my experience may not be typical.
I was recommended by the hotel staff otherwise, would have never found it.small intimate restaurant nicely decorated first floor opposite the raddisson blue.I travel a lot and I eat a lot of Indian food which I love this is one of the best Indian I'v had in a long time.A must if you're in the area.
Great, tasty food, some unique dishes, polite friendly service and really good prices. I recommend this to anyone wanting some good Indian food.
Despite the mixed reviews I decided to try this place so glad I did.The garlic chili chicken was lovely and fresh. The staff were friendly and welcoming just couldn't fault it.highly recommend
I was recommend to this restaurant by the hotel staff. As I sat down I wasn't sure what to expect, the restaurant is quite small but nicely decorated.I have to admit the food was very nice in fact one of the best I've ever had.I was in early it was empty but by the time I left it was full and people were being turned away, but I was never rushed.Very good service polite and friendly happily retun and highly recommend.
Lovely ambiance and staff genuinely friendly. Food fantastic, nice view from 1st floor. Recommend, will go again.
Excellent meal and service. Chilli garlic chicken particularly recommended! Lovely and fresh tasting
