Amazing service! Got married on Saturday 10th March 2018, could not have asked for better service. All staff were fantastic so friendly and professional. The venue is so romantic and had plenty of character. We had 80 day guests and a total 130 in evening. We used their resident DJ (midnight star) and he was brilliant. We are already thinking about booking to stay for 1st anniversary.

Great friendly hotel, stayed for week as husband was in hospital in Southend, the staff really looked after me wonderful breakfast. Thank you Rochford hotel.

We just stayed here for a wedding. Overall, very pleased with the hotel. It's fairly small but well appointed and the staff were very good. The wedding was very well organised from what we saw and the food was fantastic. Our only real gripes were: 1. The heat of the function room. It was far too hot and we spent the whole evening outside to keep cool. There was air-con but I'm not sure if it was on or not. 2. No air-con in room. Tiny window in the room so very little air. Far too warm for me. Nice little hotel. Pleased with our stay.

Very comfortable and clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and we'll cooked.
