After I took my braces of everything was great. The following day I went in to claim my retainers and they managed to 'misplace' them and my molds. So they redid my molds only for them to be a little crooked and then give my retainers again the following day. Then they told me to wear it everyday I asked how long and they said everyday forever. It's been 1 and a half years. And only recently I've left it on holiday meaning my teeth are getting crooked I have tried getting it sent and it's been a month. I hope I can get new retainers.

Everything was going great. And then at the end of the two years I was finally getting my braces off. The man doing the deed seemed to be showing off to his colleague or something and wasn't even looking at what he was doing to my teeth. This had me feeling nervous, but I assured myself he knew what he was doing. The tool was a scathing hot rod to get rid of the glue on my teeth, and of course, he dropped it in in mouth. What did he expect would happen if he wasn't paying attention? I was left with a nasty burn on my lip that needed a month to heal. Other than that, my teeth are perfect.

Brilliant, my son is going through the process of having braces in and they have been fantastic with him, to the advice they give us to help him with the pain and in his oral health, best one I've been to
