Comfortable treatment from a very nervous patient.  C Cl ear advice good interaction with patients.

A company that refuses to give you there complaints procedure when requested. TINA the phone operator is the rudest person iv ever dealt with. Her exact words when my partner explained he couldn't take anymore painkillers as there wrecking his stomach and local pharmacy couldn't let him buy anymore.. Its not her problem.... Maybe the wrong job for this woman maybe she needs a job that isn't customer based Lacking empathy and care its just wrong in this profession. A company who has left a patient in pain for well over a year. But says if they pay private they will help them today... Money money money.... Complaint has been lodged with the revelent people above them. I wasn't rude to them in anyway shape or form as I have the recorded calls. CQC have been contacted

I should have read all the reviews before going to this place.  The dentist put a very high filling that I couldn’t close my teeth together. Despite my requests to grind it down she let me go with it saying she would do it next time. I felt being rushed out ASAP.  Due to discomfort in chewing food, I tried to see a doctor next day but was told by a receptionist the following:  “I don’t really understand what your problem is but all our doctors are busy. Even if you come first thing in the morning to us there is no guarantee that they will see you unless someone cancels their appointment”.  No empathy or understanding at all.  Also, they use old equipment, never ask you to rinse your mouth during the treatment  I guess to save time on cleaning after each patient, don’t explain anything they do during the treatment, don’t finish the job properly.  In the end I had to go to another dental practice to adjust the filling for £60.  I am going to sue Rochester Dental Centre for dental negligence if they don’t refund me.

I am so nervous when going to a dentist and having been neglected by at least 4 dentists before this dental practise has made me feel comfortable confidant and didn't judge me. I'm 28 years old and having my first ever dentures due to the neglect of my teeth by tentists previously ruini g them and me not keeping my teeth always cleaned. I have been told I can be put to sleep as I suffer with severe anxiety so I'm happy they have told me this and request this for clients with anxiety. They are very friendly and respectful and professional I would highly recommend. They also are very quick to do impressions and get your dentures made.

DISGUSTING PLACE. The dentist did not care at all and rushed me out ASAP. Went to see twice and nothing done to help but gladly took my money. I went for a 3rd time and the dentist was running late due to her screaming on the phone with Somone.. The swearing was so bad I ended up walking out... This is the worst dental practice in history. Even the seating area is pointless with two garden chairs to sit on. I will be reporting the place to Cqc and a full refund

Worst Dentist I have ever been to. The Dentist cancels whenever she feels like. Then when you have confirmed an appointment the receptionist tells you you have come in on the wrong day even though you have a card telling you the appointment day. So to me this shows the dentist just wanted to go home early and make out you are confused. DON'T USE THIS DENTIST THEY ARE SHOCKING.

Wasn’t sure about using this place after reading some of the reviews,  but I highly recommend Heeral he was professional throughout.

Not good, always in a rush to get you out or get of the phone when calling. Really don’t recommend here.
