I saw a Dentist by the name of Kennie today 11th October 2022 and I must say how professional, kind and caring she was. She took time to explain everything to me about my extraction of a back tooth and also gave me after care advice. She was amazing and would definitely recommend her to my friends and family. I was very nervous to start with and she put me at ease. Her nurse assistant was was very kind and sweet. I just want to thank the reception staff, Kennie and the nurse assistant for their amazing work today. Oradent have a fabulous dentist Kennie on their list of dentists and should be very proud to have her as part of the team at City Way Dental Practice - Thank you very much from Mrs J O.
The dentist and assistant were really nice and friendly. But the receptionist not so much.. I was struggling to get a taxi for the morning appointment, and I was going to be 10 mins late, so I called to explain and apologise on the phone, which I was told it's fine. When I arrived at the front desk, the receptionist said, "You are a bit late." It was embarrassing, and I thought the person on the phone had informed my situation.. luckily, I was still able to get my treatment done, and it went smoothly.
Practise seem to be experiencing the same problem with a shortage of dentists. To get an appointment is now a nightmare since covid. Rang up in aug and told next appointment is in october. With a toothache. They have fitted me in the next day but you can hear the receptionist dispare with lack of appointments available . Great care but we really need to look at lack of dentist now. Removing the pressure on those we still have.
I am very pleased with the outcome. It has improved my smile and everyone is taking notice. Great job I would highly recommend Oradent if anyone is considering Invisalign treatment. Dr. O’Carroll was great with me and kept me in the loop after each session.
Booked an appointment for a large filling to be replaced in a big back tooth. I Explained this fully when I booked! I arrive for my appointment and wait an hour. Reception did not say they were running late. I finally go in and dentist is flapping around frantically. She did apologised for the wait. Took two seconds to look at my tooth and said The whole filling needs replacing and I have to come back as she hasn’t got time! She said she would give me a temporary filling in the mean time. I point blank refused this and told her to do a permanent small repair now, instead of removing the whole filling as I did not have time to come back. She completely ignored me and done a temporary filling anyway! Absolutely disgusted. Please don’t go there!
Anish is an absolute credit to his profession, I am probably one of the worst patients to treat due to previous experiences elsewhere, Anish put me at ease explaining everything in detail and gave me confidence in his work . I didn’t think I would be able to follow through with the 3 implants and 2 crowns but he made it possible and I am so grateful, thanks again Anish and all the staff for their patience with me.
My husband attended his appointment here and see Kash he is such a good dental technician best one my husband has ever had he explained everything and hopefully he stays
Didn’t visit dentist but parked my car in the road outside it, returned to see it was blocked in, one a foot behind, one foot in front, walked in thinking it was customers to be told they belonged to dentists working there, asked for them to move as needed to collect daughter, had to wait 10 minutes, daughter had to wait 10 minutes, a dentist came out , no apologies and moaned about having to move vehicle, I wouldn’t go here as staffs attitude is shocking.
Phone always busy - I have been trying ti call from 9am until 12:10pm but all the time it was on a busy tone. Receptionists: are you hanging up/disconnecting the phone so you don't get phone calls?
Throughout my Invisalign course with Dr. O’Carroll he has been very attentive and knowledgeable about the course. I had regular check ups during the course and he is always receptive to any questions either in person or would be responsive to email. I am amazed at how good the results have been from the course and would recommend the treatment to anyone, and that the course is undertaken with Dr. O’Carroll.
