I know how important these reviews are to people who are nervous for their treatment. I was VERY nervous, I felt really apprehensive and anything medical, dental or invasive like this terrifies me. Waiting in the waiting room was the worst part. The took me through and sat me on the dental chair and I decided to make conversation with the dentist to myself at ease. He was very delightful, funny and made jokes to help feel more comfortable. I usually have issues with any type of injection because of my veins but he was very positive and it was painless. I knew he'd start administering the sedative soon as he was asking questions but it took no time before I was out for the count. I can only remember coming to in a different room with a nurse sorting out my gauze and calling for my partner. Everyone was gentle and professional but smiley. I'm very grateful for how comfortable I was made, it really helped me. I don't remember anything about the procedure and apparently, according to my boyfriend, I sat down in the car and said I'd do it again! Let's hope not... Thank you team!
I had my teeth extraction today with under intravenous sedation . I was so worried about treatment as have bad experience somewhere else. Doctor explain everything and calmed me down, made me feel that I’m in good hands. I didn’t feel any pain, don’t even remember treatment after. Can’t believe teeth extraction can be so smooth and painless. Thanks for the teem that took me in ASAP after I contacted the clinic. Well done. will definitely come back in a future if needed.
I broke one of my front teeth last week which looked terrible. I was recommended to Crown Court Clinic and managed to get a next day appointment as a private patient to have it fixed by Dr Sri Tayi, one of their cosmetic dental experts. She did an amazing job. I am a really nervous patient but the whole team were so friendly and made me feel relaxed. Highly recommended
Had 8 teeth out under conscious sedation Didn’t feel comfortable in the place Was left waiting 40 mins later than my appt after being told to arrive early which I did. The dentist that did my procedure was100% miserable and made me feel like a number and not a person I found his manner very abrupt and rude with no comforting words or reassurance before my procedure.. the nurse was in there but behind me so again no sight of her and no kind words. It was a tiny horrible room. Was shocked that the dentist didn’t wear gloves whilst looking in my mouth and again was shocked when he used a blue glove tied tightly on my wrist instead of a normal strap to bring my vein up. Hated the whole experience from start to finish. Thank god I never have to go back there. On top of all that I had immediate dentures to be put in straight away and they refused. My sister in law was with me and was shocked also. Apparently bless her she held a mirror and I put them in myself. As that’s what they were for. I told them I’d need antibiotics as I’m prone to infection but they refused to give me antibiotics or pain killers after 8 teeth removed. No care no chair side manner or people skills. Hideous place. *Update* I’ve now got 2 infections and I’m not surprised. I’m now in unnecessary pain Never been treated so badly. We were not told what they had done eg if any of problem extraction or cuts to the gums to remove…. Nothing. No care or compassion in the place. The only nice person was the bubbly friendly receptionist with the pony tail. Don’t ever go here for sedation
If you need dentist quick, this is no option. You will need to run,in few minutes in, or they will just offer you next appointment for next month..... and personally for me it's not first time!
Was very apprehensive but the nursing staff/ receptionist were lovely...very calming and reassuring.. Dentist was very professional but absolutely no bedside manner... I'd been advised that , because of my weight,I could not have IV sedation...just gas and air...the dentist made me feel very foolish about this ..and increased my anxiety . However it worked very well and the procedure was less uncomfortable that having a filling at my usual dentist.
Nice staff and easy extraction : can’t believe how scared I was going in and how fine I felt walking out. Thanks !
Always polite and professional. The dentist explained things throughout my whole procedure and informed me of what I should expect.
Was advised to be here 20 minutes early and if I’m late I will lose my appointment 1:30 minutes still not be seen! The staff have a smile on their face but you can tell it’s fake. They have a car park but like all things you have to prove your car is in the car park so make sure you know your Reg.
Recently had an extraction, around three days ago, swelling is fine , staff were wonderful and instructions were clear, my only complaint was the parking, which is far too small
