What a local! Before I walk through the door my pint of Pedigree is often already on the table. I might not have wanted it but can never refuse even though I was considering ordering a lemonade for a very short time. If I do order a Pedigree at the bar it has been known for the landlord to snatch it back before I can have a sip. He normally say something like ‘ you ain’t having that ,it’s end of the barrel’
Great pub with great beer. Had a brilliant night in here during their open mic. Everybody in the place left with a smile on their face. Will definitely visit again
This pub well where can I start? Everyone who works at the pub are so lovely. It’s always a happy place to go in the village. The regulars are all lovely. Such joyful souls. My favourite time to visit is when locals are playing their guitars and everyone in the pub sings along it’s such a beautiful atmosphere. It doesn’t matter if you’re a regular or if it’s your first time visiting you will be made to feel so welcome, you’ll be relaxed and you will feel right at home. Definitely the best pub Willington. Lovely home from home pub! 10/10 from me!
Came here on Sunday as they had some live music on for a charity event. Great atmosphere, great pub, great staff! Very welcoming, looking forward to going back
Always a warm welcome here. Landlord and his team are great. Yesterday there was a charity gig supported by local artists and the atmosphere was fab, as was the cider. Cheers!
Excellent pub,good traditional atmosphere. Neil the Landlord keeps a superb pint of Pedigree also great entertainment. Great pub deserves to be top rated.

I go to this pub 3 or 4 times a year from down in Dorset and they all treat you like a local , highly recommended
We had an amazing time here.Shackles aka "Wolverine" was very welcoming and made us feel at home. If your looking for a good time with great people this is the place to be. If your looking for stimulating conversations with open minded and friendly people definitely stop in. P.S. Be sure to vote for Wak as statesman of the year.
