They keep on giving partial orders - I only discover this after I return home to give to my hungry family.  Last time they didn't give me the Sweetcorn even though they checked and confirmed that it was there in - piping hot in its cellophane bag.

I don't like the delays from arriving and not being served, to the next delay in getting your incomplete order

This is supposed to be fast food.  What you end up with from your mysterious order is pleasant to eat.  There are significantly better KFCs elsewhere

AWFUL! Wouldn’t recommend! Chicken on the bone is ridiculous, more bone and batter than chicken!

Really good service. The man that served us was excellent and really proves that service in the UK can be so good. I was blown away at his helpfulness and interest. Food was really good too. Place was very clean and well laid out. Simply brilliant!

Not impressed. For the 2nd time they have not packed the correct order which causes stress especially when they cannot get a kids meal right!!!!
