I ordered 4 boxes of 2 glasses. The delivery arrived promptly but 1 of the boxes was completely empty! 1 of the other boxes contained a glass that was broken. When I spoke to them they apologised and said they would send out replacements. That was 2 weeks ago and I've received no replacements and they are no longer answering any phone calls (and the answer phone mailbox is full) or answering emails. My order was placed mid November and it's now December 6th. Avoid.

Staff are extremely helpful and the range of glasses is amazing

Really friendly and knowledgeable staff, great quality wine glasses (I bought a pair of Vinum Bordeaux) at the best available price. Highly recommended.
