I stood outside the store when it was empty today and as an experiment called as I could not get them to answer the phone when I was at home, and guess what, they STILL failed to pick up the phone. Apparently this was due to high call volumes. Oh really, there nobody on the phone and nobody in the store!! Used to be such a great company but now it has gone of the cliff. What a shame, going across now to the dark side! My advice - just don't bother. There are plenty of others that want your business.

They don't pick up the phone - pick up the phone - I want to come and spend money in your store so would like to check product availability and even when I stand outside and hear the phone ringing you ignore it???!?!?!?! Very frustrating and horrendous customer service.

Wonderful help and service but the shop was absolutely freezing! I was in there for two hours sorting my phone that I had dropped down the loo and changing internet providers. They said they weren't allowed to shut the door. Rediculous!!! I've got to go back today and I'm dreading it if I'm in there for too long! Please please shut the blooming door or I will be forced to go to the O2 shop.
