Was here on a busy Saturday night - parents weekend. It was quite busy. The service was uneven but a restaurant like St Paul should be up to the challenge. The menu is ambitious - there were dishes including goat and rabbit the night we were there. The food is quite good but on the pricey side. $30+ for full sized entrees is high, although there are half portions, appetizers and flatbreads for less. The chef here loves sauces and there were just too many sweet flavors for one plate. But overall I love the taste!
Amazing, fresh produce and great service. The very friendly and accommodating Candice Webber Head Chef sends out fantastic dishes from the kitchen with the help of her team including Nicholas General Manager and Alex trainee chef. Wonderful ambiance in this historic building. Will definely be going back soon.
The Restaurant at St. Pauls while lacking its own name does not lack in quality. The Qype Sherlock Holmes society got treated to high tea here and it is a must-visit place for high tea. Where else can you take high tea in a cathedral but here in London. Served in real silverware which is beautifully mismatched, the high tea treat is a feast of sandwiches, hane made giant scones and delicious cakes. Far too much to finish, this feast is so inexpensive it’s hard to believe that for less than £15 you can have this much of a luxurious high tea. Everyone should make the restaurant at St Paul’s a stop on their visit to London. If you live in London, make sure you take someone special her for a treat.
Took my mum for mothers day last year and it was brilliant! Unusual place for a restaurant but really small and nicely done. Food was perfect and the staff really nice. Waiting for an excuse to go again...
beautiful architecture and stunning view from the dome. you should visit and climb the dome to view the panoramic view to london
