Lovely ironstone pub-.restaurant with very good food and, I suspect, a good wine list. Having been to Crockwell Farm, locally, to discuss a forthcoming wedding our whole party of 6 headed out to look for a post-meeting lunch venue. Two real ales were on. Ringwood's Wild Boar and Otter Bitter. I tried the Wild Boar which was in fair condition and drinkable. Another member on the party went for Hop House 13 instead. This is not a CAMRA-listed pub but the choices available were worth trying. The menu choices were excellent for a Thursday lunch and we chose a varied selection of mains. It was all very good, well-presented and interesting. The service from two young women was friendly and helpful. All in all this was a really nice experience and not overly expensive for the six mains we had. Worth trying if you're in the area.

Super choice of quality food including roasts and deserts. Wide range of beers and wines. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great atmosphere.

Brilliant. Friendly. Excellent service and food. Chef even created a vegan menu for me. Be sure to book in advance

Arrogant and unwelcoming bar staff and awful background music which pervades the whole place. Left without ordering anything.
