I went here for a Sunday lunch and I wasn't disappointed. Large portions and tasty. Staff on the other hand took ages to serve us drinks and dessert. Waiting almost 40 minutes after ordering desserts for them to come. They also seemed to be quite vacant and flippant at times. Definitely worth a trip just for the food, but be prepared to possibly wait between courses.

A friendly environment with hot and tasty food. The staff here are really friendly and helpful and appear to enjoy their work! The Sunday lunch is exceptional! Very reasonably priced menu. Loads of free parking directly outside their door. I've eaten here before and we always go back! I'd definitely recommend eating here! Their Choc Maskaponi pudding was delightful!

Just had one of the nicest homemade Sunday roasts here had pork, beef and turkey it was all lovely we will definitely come back thank you top food and great service

I wanted to take my parents for a good Sunday lunch and the Red Cat had really good reviews and happily they were justified. Had really nice starters all homemade my Mum is Gluten free and they catered to that beautifully. Bruschetta and the fried mushrooms. Then the Sunday roast lamb and beef for us and it was delicious really generous with the portions and gravy. The veggies were cooked perfectly and the mash was divine! Really great wine selection too and homemade yummy desserts.We could only manage one between us the salted caramel mousse. Yum! Great ambience and wonderful service. Really resonable as well for all the food we had. Will definitely be back to try more. Thanks Red Cat team :

Our first visit to the Red Cat in five years. The new owners are doing a cracking job of modernising the pub. The outside area is starting to look great and we'll definitely be back for a bite to eat soon.

Starters were nice but very overpriced then had the roast beef which was absolutely bland no taste whatsoever to the roast potatoes or Yorkshire pudding. Very expensive definitely not worth the money & the burger was massive too big no taste not at all enjoyable.

Really delicious lunch! Chicken and broccoli pie of the day, served with handmade chips and veg, and a Turkey & gravy sandwich served on Spanish bread. Chips were thick cut, double fried and extremely tasty! Will definitely visit again to try more dishes on offer.

Booked in for Mother's day ,the food is amazing ,the staff are very professional, friendly and attentive , couldn't fault the service ,we had a lovely afternoon, we will be back soon for more .

Lovely pub lovely staff beer garden is a credit to the pub. If there was food on the day we visited we would of ordered but was advised to go to your sister pub which we did and wernt disappointed x

Friendly staff, who went the extra mile to accommodate my husband's milk allergy. The food was good as was the service.
