A great place to visit. Just out of the way from the hustle and bustle of St Helens. A grand building with huge outdoor space. I looked at going to the major pub groups for lunch but decided to come here. Food was absolutely amazing and value for money. It was well cooked too. Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much bother. I can see why it has great reviews. Keep up the great work. See you again soon.

Bouncy castles, play area outside & soft play area inside! Lovely food with ample seating. Adults with no children can sit in another side of the pub/restaurant in peace. Only lost a star because the bouncy castles were in need of repairs or renewal due to holes everywhere. One actually went down due to system overheating! Other than this you wont find friendlier staff anywhere!

We had a brilliant time today for our Sons christening. We booked a table for 40!!! The staff where so helpful and very fast at answering any questions we had in the 2 weeks beforehand. Everything was perfect and planned to perfection by the team! Thank you so much again. X

Went to a daytime hen party here, afternoon tea. Lovely place we had a small private room Staff all very friendly and helpful and bar prices very reasonable. Had a great time.

You can see that it’s an old building but they are trying to better it. They’ve made a few changes that open the pub up make it look brighter and cleaner. Food is amazing and plenty of drinks selections

Amazing for children with the soft play area and bouncy castles, my boys love it. Food is also amazing, would highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Visited with my family today, food was lovely and never waiting to long staff was helpful even had a soft play which the kids lovely highly recommend will definitely return

Order starters and mains for all the family. Everything was brought out together so we told them that we wanted them separately. After an hour later they brought the mains out which had been left in the oven which was burnt to a crisp and wouldn't have been served to my dog as it was that hard. Avoid this place!!! food was disgusting, and service was shocking.
