Great furniture for the elderly and infirm. Issue with pricing and delivery, but both were quickly and professionally sorted by head office.
Took an elderly relative for a new sofa and chair. The range of furniture was traditional and the quality was very good, quality premium fabrics were available as were lower cost fabrics. Staff were very friendly, knowlegable and not pushy at all, it was a very relaxed buying experience. Would recommend.
Having checked on line for the right product, appointment made to attend store. Greeted upon arrival and covid measures in place. Knowledge of sales staff excellent, as was the advice given. Purchase made. 5 out of 5.
Car parking around the back so you need to turn at the traffic light junction by the store which is on the main drag. Very professional and pleasant staff coffee, tea and loo facilities the reason no five star is we couldn't get the material for the chair which was very disappointing We've yet to decide what to do....
