We ordered a garden umbrella which we still haven't received. We were sent a completely different itemrotary aier. Reaching them is almost impossible. Is this some kind of unfunny joke?
Came in a few days ago,lovely member of staff called Sally,sooooo helpful,went + checked the stock found them + even carried them to the till as I had more shopping in my hands. Well done Salty. 5 Stars from me.
I absolutely love The Range. It has amazing house and garden products and decorations. Also has a nice Arts and Crafts section. I love popping in at different times of the year to see what they got on and I never leave empty handed, be it a pair of curtains or simply some large sized herb jars. They have garlands for every occasion. Got our Xmas tree from here 10 years ago and it's still nice and sturdy. Every year I come back for more Xmas decorations to add to the collection and they never disappoint. Definitely recommend, especially on Halloween and Xmas, the store is at their best.
Went to get storage boxes..asked a very helpful staff member for directions and then price. He was attentive and even told me of offer on buying 2. Turned out he was the manager..not surprising that all the other staff I spoke with were friendly and attentive. Great value..
Managed to get what I needed and a good selection to choose from. Even managed some frozen food from Iceland while I was in there.
