Just left the shop, felt totally invisible. Tried to open a conversation with the lady upstairs who I asked for wallpaper samples for hallway inspiration. Not busy and completely blanked me.

Staff are really helpful and super friendly.nI went in with a list of the paints and colours I needed and the gentleman from the service counter went round the shop, and got them all for me.nHe then put them all through the till and I was done in under 10 mins.nThe variety on offer is excellent and there's a wallpaper section on the second floor.nI'm very impressed.

Lots of choice, very friendly and helpful staff. Looks like a nice cafe inside too although I didn't use it this visit.

Great service from people who know the trade

There are better companies to deal with regarding decorating equipment.nI placed an order and got incorrect items sent,no once but twice.nVery simple to pick and pack a few paint brushes but somehow i received 2 incorrect deliveries.nI found after sales quite unprofessional so for a few reasons i will be spending my money elsewhere in the future.nShame really as i have used this company a few times in the past with good results.nVery frustrating and quite annoying
