Nice quiet pub. Friendly landlord who made us feel welcome. Would definitely go again, especially on Thursday night Quiz Nights.
Old fashioned pub with great atmosphere, good service, warm and friendly. Lots of TVs for sports fans, comfortable seating and dog friendly. No food served except crisps etc. Good beer selection, what's not to like ITS A PUB! Few and far between now days!
Brilliant pub. Reasonably priced drinks, great hardworking bar staff and a friendly cosy atmosphere.
The best pub in Epsom. The staff are great and really friendly. I go there for a beer on my day off as I work in Epsom once a year in summer. They remember my face and name and my usual order. On sale at the bar are the really good old crisps from my childhood like monster munch and hoola hoops. and when in need they even have rolling papers. the juke box has a superb selection of music and "Freddy" the landlords dog is just divine. The landlord himself is a nice chap happy to stop and talk and instead of kicking out the slow drinkers in the usual bolshy manner of many publicans he does it so nicely that you feel like coming back. Even the local regulars are welcoming and happy to chat. Thoroughly worth a visit.
Good beer, friendly staff and big TV screens showing lots of sports. What's not to like.......
Great friendly local, good beers and fantastic staff. Six Nations Rugby on tv a winner
