We had the best day here, first day out with the girls since lockdown...sun was shining it was beautiful. We had the best bar/host waitress Maggie. She presented our drinks with taste! She was amazing! She made our day even more special... we loved Maggie! Best bar maid I've met in a long time! Lovely lady
Celebrated my grandson's birthday today with a meal at The Quays Basildon. First meal out since Covid started 2020. Had a fantastic time, food was delicious, service was great and the staff were very prompt and polite. Day outside by the lake due to Covid. Wonderful experience. Will definitely go again. Thanks The Quays Basildon.
Lovely lake view. Friendly staff with excellent customer service. Nicely cooked classic burgers. The only down side was no cheese added.

Cheap meals.. good value. can get busy on weekends. Steak meal on Mondays... For £5. Rump steak. Added today I went for a curry today it was almost cold i know there is pressure with this worlds virus challenge but it was not good today it also had no chutney as on the menu. Try more thx.

Booked online for a table, lovely seating area with heaters, ordered food and drinks via green King app, staff friendly and helpful, I would definitely return.
Greeted by reception politely and curtiuos. And served the food nicely . And table cleared promptly
Terrible rude staff no assistance no order taken customer service is appalling better retrain or bring in people that want to make people smile and feel welcome, what is going on??? No interest in why we were leaving just carried on with private conversations, shame
