Had a hygienist appointment with Gill and Elaine. Both very lovely women, thorough inspection and cleaning of my teeth. They demonstrated how to use my electrical toothbrush to improve my cleaning which is amazing and very thoughtful. Will definitely be going back to these for future appointments! Thank you to the team at Bupa who make it an excellent experience every time I visit.
Couldn’t recommend going to Bupa Ewloe more. Everyone there is amazing, and a special shoutout to receptionist who booked us in I’m so sorry I’ve forgot your name but an absolute asset to the team, so lovely and helpful! We took our 6 month old to get his new little baby teeth checked and everyone was amazing. Had some reassurance from the dentist and some brilliant advice on how to keep his teeth clean whilst they are coming through as well as teething advice. Thanks so much everyone :
Had a second appointment with hygienist Penny today. She is very friendly and puts you at ease as well as being extremely knowledgeable. She explains everything really clearly and advises you on how to improve your dental hygiene. I would highly recommend her. In today’s appointment she was assisted by Elaine who was also lovely and friendly.
Just finished a prolonged series of visits and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Veslev is the consummate professional and happy to explain everything as he goes along. All the dental technicians are experts in their own right and always friendly and welcoming, including Elaine who was assisting today. As I'm sure some would agree, visiting the dentist is not usually the highlight of the day, but the way I was looked after made it nearly a pleasure to go! Thank you for sorting my teeth out so well.
Ivan at the Ewloe practise can certainly work miracles were teeth are concerned. I feel as though I have gone back years intime. Thank you for the time you spent working to restore my teeth by the what they were many years ago.
