I had a cancellation appointment on the 26th March 2024 for a filling. Vara was great and the nurse too made me feel at ease and was a quick and comfortable appointment.
Once I managed to get an appointment I was very pleased with my treatment. Waiting 2 years between reviews is not satisfactory
Of all the dentists I've ever been to , I can't rate ewloe bupa enough ! Every single member of staff including the receptionists are kind and courteous to each individual needs , nervous patient is a thing of the past because they make you feel so at ease ! I think it's my fault about the waiting list as I recommend them everywhere , absolutely amazing, wouldn't go anywhere else , all the staff should be so proud
All admin & clinical staff were amazing, I am so grateful for their hard work & empathy in my time of need. The staff even worked together to make a space for another appt for me ASAP. Thank you so much Bupa Ewloe!
