Great food, nice staff, clean nice looking pub.

Visited lunchtime with relatives.  Had only visited once before many years ago. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Meals were good size, tasty and value for money. The bar area had a logburner going giving it a warm ambiance especially on an exceedingly wet dreary November day. Will definitely revisit.

I can't fault this place. Availability last minute for 8. Lovely meal and staff. Great menu for both children and adults. My son had a great birthday meal and they brought the cake with candles out. Thank you!

Cheesy chips amazing. Starter Calamari tasty and a fair size. Thought the limited mains were expensive for the pub environment so opted for a side and starter.

Delicious food , friendly staff. The place was cosy and beautiful decor. Loved it

Stopped here for some lunch after visiting Padstow, what a great find. Really friendly service, great beer and amazing food. We had the pan fried seabass which was stunning. Great dog friendly pub off the beaten track.

This was a nice place to have a meal but very disappointed this time , so much so will not go again ,  the lunch was over priced the sherry trifle came in a cocktail glass and had no sherry in it. Sorry but a £50 lunch and drinks was not worth the money , gave two stars as the otter beer was good £15 for a small burger is too much.

Great t-bone steak great crayfish starter Nice cosy rustic ambience Reasonably priced, Warm and friendly staff.  Locals in here so it's got to be good all year round.  Will be back  And highly recommend  Back 12 months later and still a superb place To come!  My Favourite Cornish Pub/Restaurant!  Wish I could give it 6 stars!

Slightly friendly staff .tables well spaced .Sunday roast not the best as was not very warm and meat was though and very expensive. Really outdated decor and music  nice alcohol
