Story

The Providence is a family friendly pub with accommodation in the picturesque village of Yedingham, near Malton, on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park and alongside the River Derwent.

Recently under new ownership, we serve homemade food every day and have an excellent selection of real ales. There's something for all the family with a children's play area, pool table and we have fishing rights on the River Derwent (£10 per person for a day's fishing). And don't forget to visit our resident pet rabbits who live at the pub!

Food served Monday to Thursday 12-7pm, Friday & Saturday 12-8pm and Sunday 12-6pm.

Nearby attractions include the North Yorks National Park, Flamingo Land, Eden Camp and Dalby Forest, and we are just a short drive away from Malton, Pickering and York.

We have accommodation in the pub ( 3 x doubles and 1 family room) all with shared bathroom, kitchen facilities and washing machine. Prices from £35 per night.

Outside we have 30 camping and caravan pitches, including electrical hook-ups, and campsite facilities. Prices start from £6 per night for camping and £12 per night for caravans (£18 with electric hook-up). Affordable accommodation with the benefits of a welcoming pub right outside and a whole host of tourist destinations on your doorstep!
