As someone searching for a property to rent, the number of times this company have promised a call back and not delivered has taught me that they've no respect for potential renters.  I understand that in the current market there are more people wanting to rent than there are affordable properties available, but as someone with complex needs for whom making a phone call is difficult, having to constantly chase up a promised call back is intensely stressful and disheartening.

Always receive great service from the property cafe and Shannon Hearsey has been great at responding promptly to my queries and helping me to get things resolved. Thanks Shannon! - Annie
