We used this agent on recommendation from a friend as we are not local to the area now so this was our best option. We had several valuations and chose Bexhill Estates as the agent who we felt would best suit our needs and would be a good fit. Throughout the sale the staff were courteous, professional and kept us in the loop at all times. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, We buy and sell properties a lot in our home county and they have stood out on every level from the run of the mill agents. If you want a job doing well choose Bexhill Estates !
I have only praise for this exceptional Estate Agents! All of the staff are committed to finding the property you are actually looking for and do not bombard you with ones that are what you have specifically said you don’t want. They have made regular contact with updates and have always been quick to come back with answers to any questions I have had. When I came to sell my late father’s house I knew I’d need an estate agent that I could trust. I live out of the area and so regular communication , honest advice and an empathy for all the challenges that come with selling a family home after a bereavement we’re needed. As soon as I met Mel and Becki I knew I’d be in safe hands. They, along with their colleague Alex, not only know the local area well but provided a wealth of knowledge and experience on everything imaginable. I really don’t know how I would have managed without their friendly support, patience and good humour. They went above and beyond throughout the whole process and I really cannot recommend them highly enough. They are a serious cut above any other estate agency I have encountered and Bexhill is lucky to have them!
BEST ESTATE AGENTS IN THE WORLD. In fact, if Carlesberg did Estate Agents...Honestly, cannot recommend these wonderful ladies enough. I have had a horrendous time finding a house, and I simply couldn't have done it, nor held myself together without them. Do not think twice about engaging them, whether you're buying or selling. Fantastic customer service from start to finish with the sale of my mums house in Little Common from Mel, Becki and Alex. I had to employ house clearance teams, removers and cleaners which were all recommended by the team and they all did a fantastic job. Bexhill Estates really are the real deal. Thank you.
