I bought my property through New Foundations in 2014 and was extremely impressed with the way they did business that I decided to use them to sell my property this year. They kept up a very good level of communication keeping me fully informed of positive updates as well as a few obstacles and did this in a personable way. they are all really nice guys to deal with however I mostly dealt with Daryl. They got me full asking price for my property after having offers from 3 other people including cash buyers. I have no hesitation in recommending them as an estate agent who work hard who genuinely care and work with the utmost integrity. Thank you Daryl and co hope to deal with you again in the future

We are so near to completion now it's time to leave feed back all I can say about  new foundations  is this is the place to go if you want bs go elsewhere  if you want total honesty go to new foundations  the best in bexhill

Whilst New Foundations themselves we're great, I'd like to pick out Daryl and Sam in particular for their support and help with our purchase and sale. Unlike a lot of companies, Daryls support was excellent during our purchase and sale; ensuring all parties we're updated and aware of the chains position. A genuinely nice guy and not awkward or difficult to talk to. I'd also like to personally say thanks to Sam who is one of the teams salesmen who showed us around our new home. He was so optimistic about the house and gave great advice and help. He was always willing to help and is a credit to the New Foundations team. I'd definitely recommend New Foundations and strongly advise using a local estate agent for your sale for that personal touch.

Very pleased with the service I received as a buyer. I was kept well informed throughout the process. The entire process was dealt very professional and efficiently. I would highly recommend this estate agents.
