Renting from Polecat has been so easy and pleasant from start to finish. When we came for our first viewing and agreed on renting our first property, they were very helpful, answering all of our questions and making us feel very welcome in our new home. Over the passed year they have been very reliable, always answer the phones and respond to emails promptly, and swiftly arrange to get problems with our flat sorted out incredibly quickly. On top of this the agents themselves are genuinely just lovely people and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent or buy a property.

Best experience I've ever had with letting agents. Fair fees and were willing to arrange viewings, contract signings, key handover around my schedule. Friendly company who went out of their way to help. Deposits can be paid by Paypal - useful!
