I was delighted with the exceptional service provided by Harpers. The presentation of my property was first class, excellent photographs and comprehensive details. I was kept up to date by regular phone calls from Colin, who was patient and understanding about the stresses of moving home. Any queries were dealt with promptly. I highly recommend Harpers.
Although we were not selling through Harpers, Colin and his team made sure they looked after us, keeping us updated throughout the purchase, always got back promptly, helped chasing the solicitors, even when he was on holiday out of the country! If you want to sell your house, then you need to use these guys. They went above and beyond to make sure the sale happened as quick and smooth as possible. Friendly, professional, very helpful and all at a great price. The pictures and video for my property were amazing and highlighted how nice the house was. My experience of working with Colin at Harpers was very positive, in the recent purchase of an apartment. Whilst he was representing the seller, he was able to handle a number of my queries directly, during the whole purchasing process, right the way upto and including completion day. The use of a video presentation, as way of 'walking around' the apartment before a decision to make an appointment to view, was very useful.
As a first time buyer I was a little nervous and didn't know what to expect in terms of difficulty and length of time relating to the home-buying process. My first time buy through Harpers was easy, quick and pain-free. They made my experience getting onto the property ladder a great one, keeping me informed every step of the way. Recommend to anyone and everyone!

Harper's sold our property back in October 2015. Sorry it's taken so long to write our review. A professional and high quality team with a family ethos which make Harper's the best estate agents to sell your home.
